"I survived but will not return."

I liked the bed and the heater. Staff was friendly.

Everything was old and the door and window were messed up. Promised breakfast and only received coffee and juice.

Reservamos 2 habitaciones diferentes, mi hija pidió que la cambiaran y le cobraron creo que $24 y a mi tarjeta también le hicieron ese cobro. Primero lo reversar pero igual luego me lo cobraron..

The room was okay, bed was comfortable, the room was clean.

The key card for the door did not work several times and I had to make several trips to the office for help. The TV did not work, and they had to come to the room to fix it. I must say though, my disappointment with this hotel was my fault. I thought I was booking a different hotel. The lady in the office did try to make things right. I was tired and frustrated for making this mistake on my part.
