Super 8 by Wyndham Williams West Route 66 - Grand Canyon Area

After reading the reviews n Google, we were apprehensive, but I decided if it was really that bad, we could check out early and go elsewhere…however, it wasn’t. The room had a slight odor, but it cleared quickly, the bathroom was clean, the shower was hot and had great pressure, although I was disappointed that I couldn’t soak in the tub..they don’t have stoppers specifically due to the high cost of water…although with the length of showers we took, the tubs would have been a cheaper option. In the morning, the have crunchy granola bars, juice machine and a coffee machine… the orange juice was spoiled and the coffee machine wasn’t putting out coffee.. the lady came and squished the bag inside to make it dispense some coffee, but then it stopped and had to be squished again. The swimming pool and jacuzzi look like they’ve been drained for years, but the gate was actually open (not unlocked…open) where a kid could fall in and get hurt…so I closed the gate, but I don’t think the gate latched properly. I will also say that the A/C-heater is pretty quiet and the toilet was quiet… so any positives, im sad for the water and food issues… this couod be a really nice motel. Im so glad it’s cheap.

Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo: ho pagato poco e non mi aspettavo una camera così, semplice ma spaziosa, con tutto il necessario (anche frigo e microonde) e pulita. Parcheggio gratuito proprio davanti alla stanza, davvero comodo. Posizione ideale per visitare il Grand Canyon (circa un’ora in auto), con supermercati nelle vicinanze.

Nelle informazioni viene indicata la colazione inclusa, ma questa descrizione è fuorviante. In realtà non è una vera colazione: sono presenti solo una macchina per il succo e una per il caffè, senza cibo disponibile e senza una sala dedicata dove potersi sedere. Andrebbe quindi eliminato il riferimento alla colazione inclusa.

The Mini refrigerator didn't keep food.cold..was only a half roll of toilet paper when I checked in.the bed wasn't that comfy.. had a stain on the cover..but it was a good decent stay..

A 2 night camping trip to the Grand Canyon proved too cold for this old lady! I opted for a room for the 2nd night. Just an hr drive from the south entrance to the park, this place was just what I needed! Nothing fancy, but hot water and a warm bed was perfect!
