The room had a microwave and refrigerator.

Noise! It's on a busy road, and both nights were also interrupted by loud guests arguing outside my room. The heat didn't work, and the bathroom sink didn't drain. The toilet lid was cracked, and towels were stained. Contrary to their web page, pets are NOT allowed. I had to scramble to find last-minute pet sitting before my trip.

I paid for and reserved a room with a hot tub. When I got there I was told there was no room available with a hot tub yet I didn't get a reduced fee for getting in a lower charging room that had nothing

People showed up at 11:30 pm & were put in the room next to me which woke me up & then an unfortunate situation happened 3 rooms where a ambulance needed to be called at 5:30 am.
