It happened to be fantastic timing for me being the only person on the floor of 3 units. This offered me full access to the shared toilet & kitchen for self-serve breakfast at my leisure.

It worked out well but it likely would have been inconvenient to be situated right beside the shared bathroom had there been guests for the use & noise control.

Our experience at Il Cucù was absolutely perfect. From the very beginning, communication with Flavia was exceptional - quick, clear, and incredibly helpful. She went above and beyond to meet all our requests and needs, making everything smooth and stress-free. The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and full of charm, and the location couldn’t be better: just a 2-minute walk from the train station, providing effortless access to Rome while still enjoying the peaceful beauty of Frascati. Flavia’s warm hospitality and impeccable organisation made this stay truly memorable. We couldn’t have asked for more. A perfect 10/10 - highly recommended!
