Nice, big and clean room in Frascati, with shared bathroom and kitchen.

Quaint individual rooms right on the middle of Frascati.

Both the breakfast and location were excellent.

Cute B&B at Frascati center at 5 minutes walk from bus and train stations. Clean. The breakfast is accessible all the time.

Even if is near the train station, it is a little bit hard to access with a suite case (pavement and stairs on the street and no elevator).

it is very central and clean. The hot shower was very welcomed.

there was no lift but the owner assisted me with my luggage up the stairs. The shower is small and shower head couldn't hold up.

Great location steps from the train station. Staff was very attentive and came by twice a day to clean. Very big room and bed was comfortable.

The only thing we feel needs improvement is the shower as it’s a little dated and small.
