The room was nice/clean. Bed comfortable. Breakfast was great. One of the staff members was kind enough to offer to take me to the airport himself when there was an issue with the shuttle. I declined due to not being comfortable with that option and took an uber, but it was a nice gesture.

I was expecting to be able to utilize the free airport shuttle. At Friday check in, the front desk employee told me to let the front desk know 30min before I had to leave and they will find a maintenance staff to shuttle me to the airport. But the next morning, I was told that they don’t have normal maintenance staff available for shuttles on the weekend and they were surprised when I asked about it, suggesting that it should have been pre-approved.

do not stay here. elevator unsafe rooms not clean hotel needs overhaul checked in and out immediately clientele disrespectful

The one elevator in the 9 floor tower had a screeching, grinding noise when in use, to the point of feeling the vibrations in the walls of our rooms. WE DID NOT FEEL SAFE!! Front desk said they knew elevator was not working properly and were "waiting" for someone to come and fix it. Rooms were small and dingy, the clientele was young and disrespectful in common areas and the hotel needs an overhaul. We immediately checked out - never stayed there - and booked a fabulous place right down the road.
