La ubicación y la atención de uno de los botones, siempre súper amable y atento. (No recuerdo su nombre)

Pase un poco de frío, no servía un foco, se escuchaba todo lo de la habitación de un lado y el elevador. La chapa de la puerta no servía muy bien y era difícil abrir. La recepcionista que me atendió para el check out fue grosera, olvide la tarjeta de acceso y los controles y casi hace que me regrese a la habitación. Horrible la tipa, si no les gusta el trato con cliente que se cambie de trabajo.

El desayuno le hace falta más sazón, el café no sabía a café 😔, la salsa de los chilaquiles muy simple 🫤, los hot cakes muy crudos 😔. Le hace falta más sabor a sus platillos. Espero les sirva mis comentario para mejora. Gracias 🙏🏻

lo que mas me gusto fue el servicio, las habitaciones , el comedor, la cercanía al lugar donde tenia que ir (CAS) lo céntrico. etc

el aire acondicionado solo le falto un poco que subiera mas.

Muy buen servicio del personal, muy amables, excelente ubicación, todo queda cerca, mi habitación muy bien en limpieza, subí a la terraza en la noche y tiene una vista muy bonita de toda la ciudad

Como sugerencia, deberían de tener plancha y burro de planchar en el closet, un acceso al estacionamiento desde el elevador y en mi habitación no funcionaba bien el aire.
