"Not a safe place to stay. Stay away."

Without knocking a man walked into our room at 1:45 AM with a master key. He claimed that he was part of their hotel staff but did not state what his business was. Stay away from this place as it is not safe. Was told that there was nothing they could do and it was a mistake. I have an 8 year old and a 10 year old in the room and they could not sleep comfortably the rest of the night. This happened on Saturday night and it was impossible to find another place to stay at the time.
