I’m honestly extremely disappointed with my stay at this Comfort Inn in Collinsville/St. Louis. I specifically asked for a family suite, and the front desk confirmed it wouldn’t be an issue. When we got to the room, it was NOT a suite — just a basic double bed room. That alone was frustrating, but it got worse from there. When we went back to address it, the staff showed zero concern. There was no effort to fix the situation, no apology, and no sense of urgency — just a complete lack of care. On top of that, the room itself is unacceptable: - The phone does not work - The refrigerator does not work - One of the lamps is broken - Basic amenities are either missing or non-functional This is not what anyone expects when paying for a hotel stay, especially when traveling out of town. Customer service and basic room maintenance should be the bare minimum, and this location failed on both. I would not recommend staying here unless you’re okay with poor service and a room that doesn’t meet basic standards. Fire Samram while you’re at it she’s no good for the company she’s rude ask common decency
