"Poor structure design"

The breakfast buffet was better than expected.

Whoever designed the hotel didn't factor in sound and physics. In the middle of the hotel there is a large open area that is open all the way to the ceiling.Where there are tables, couches, and a large 70+ inch TV. There are three floors, we stayed on the third floor. At 4:3/am you hear LOUD banging then a metal cart being pushed across ceramic tiles. Apparently the breakfast crew starts cooking at that time. Then at 6am you hear the TV being turned on downstairs. I walked down to the front desk to inform her the TV is super loud not sure why it needs to be on at 6 am anyways! She lowers it but proceeds to leave it on. Sound amplified to the third floor basically hearing EVERYTHING including conversations. Next time I'll do better research on the hotel.

Location and breakfast were good.

Noise..chairs being moved across breakfast room late at night..noise from air conditioning. Lights from lot opposite motel could not be blocked out with curtains.

"Great value for the money in an area with many restaurants!"

Surprisingly spacious interior! King suite was very comfortable and the roomiest bathroom I have experienced in a reasonably priced hotel. Great value for the money.

Floor makes some noise when walking on it….would get a top floor room. Bathtub was slippery, needs a non-slip mat. Other than that, no complaints.

The staff from Ray at the front desk, to Anew and Ann, were outstanding. The place was clean, and everything was fantastic. For breakfast, you had lots of choices. Beds were comfy. We will return
