"NOISY"

We were there for a volleyball tournament. We had stayed there once before and it was fine. Not this time. We respected the quiet time at 10 PM. Others did not! I was awakened at 12:38 AM by people directly above me on the 3rd floor. I don't know if it was a domestic dispute, or worse. There was furniture being moved or thrown around, and yelling. I didn't go down or call the front desk, because I was trying to get back to sleep. My daughter and I went down and reported several things the next morning. Several others in our group were upset about all of the noise. The GM Anne Smith didn't really want to hear about it, and told me I should have called the front desk or 911. She DID put her hand or finger up, and tell my daughter to let her talk. She put in her review that she wasn't rude. Yes she was. She wasn't as bad with me. And she is the one answering the bad reviews! So, Anne, don't bother answering this one! You know what happened, and you know how you acted! After reading almost every review, it does seem to me that you may have somewhat of an attitude issue. And that is ok. But do not imply that my daughter was lying in her review! Because I don't think all of these other people did either! Rant over!

I liked the that the location was close to where we were going. Also that the lobby was large. Plenty of room for everyone.

Lights could have been a little better. Other than that it was good!
