"Overall I wouldn’t stay here."

The location

The room was not clean. It had black mold in the air conditioner unit. The filter was dirty and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. They would only put out a few things at breakfast. So only a certain amount of people got to eat in the morning. When we first arrived there were a couple arguing outside and the guy was chasing his ex girlfriend around on a bike and trying to grab her. The guy working only went outside to ask if they were staying there and did nothing about the situation once he found out they were. I was only gonna stay the one night but since I booked two he wouldn’t let me get a refund on either so we just prayed and hoped for the best. The door lock was broken on the inside so it wasn’t the safest choice at all considering I had kids with me.

"Horrible room"

I liked the fact that they immediately gave me a refund 5 minutes after I checked in.

The room was disgusting, smelled like smoke, the lock on the back of the door was broken and hanging by 1 screw. The handle on the dresser was broken and hanging. There was dirt all over the floor. The sheets and blankets were stained and disgusting. There was food l e ft in the refrigerator from the previous guest. There were only 2 lights that worked in the whole room out of 5. The lamp that did work, the shade was full of stains and looked like it had been peed on.

"Dirty, unsanitary"

The price and location

Toilet covered in urine and pubic hairs. All bath linens had multiple human hairs on them. I had to use my beach towels to shower. A used condom on the ground floor for 2 days. Staff changed trash can and condom was 2bfeet away.

"Do better"

Not really anything good to say!!!!

Went wrong from the start. They didn't even have the room i reserved. The room was dirty and the floor was wet and disgusting.. It was cheap and it was not worth even that. They could definitely be better. Actually was so bad it was blowing out dirty air
