"Love the area, the stay was VERY disappointing"

Its close to a lot of the main stores on 23rd street which is nice and not too far from the beach.

The room was VERY dirty. There was sand and hair and stains left in the beds, the walls were grey/ brown in certain areas from never being cleaned, there was trash on the floor and trash can from previous guest, hair and sand all over bathroom sink and floor infront of sink. Q-tips shoved in the door peephole (probably for my own protection as its not the safest). We never made it to breakfast in fear of more disappointment, and checking out was a headache. You could just really tell they didnt clean it between people other then maybe making the bed and should really work on maintaining and bettering their hotel so they stop bringing in the wrong crowd to stay and leaving the place trashed and dangerous. I really like the area but they need A LOT of work!
