check in was super easy and the clerk was super friendly

The room 117 was dirty the walls had dried food on them the bathroom toilet had dried pee on it the wals was dirty the ceilings had cob webs the bed had a baby roach under the sheets there were live roaches crawling up on the walls on the refrigerator the sheets had pee stains and hair on them .was not happy at all

I'm no stranger to lower end hotel brands and I think I have realistic expectations. But this hotel is a hard no for me. I checked in, went to the room, opened the door and turned on the lights. And roaches scattered. I got pictures and video of two slowpokes, but there were more. I wasn't super comfortable with the atmosphere of the property, there were a couple of shady looking characters hanging around the parking lot, but I figured for one night in a room very close to the office, it would be OK. But when I opened the door and saw it was a literal roach motel, that was the end of that. Thankfully, the gal at the front desk did not give me a hard time about giving me a refund. Possibly because I did have video and was out of there approximately three minutes after I checked in. It's a shame, because I really do like a lot of Wyndham properties, but this was a big disappointment.

A solid stay close to everything I need to regroup and refuel.

Some rooms are great some not so much.
