I had a horrible experience staying at Comfort Inn & Suites Huntington Beach. I was traveling with my two kids (11 and 5 years old), and this stay was extremely disappointing from start to finish. We experienced continuous issues in the room: • WiFi barely worked • TV kept turning off on its own • The AC was broken and making a loud, unbearable noise • The room was not clean—there were visible stains on pillowcases and sheets, which is completely unacceptable The worst part happened on our last day. When we returned from breakfast, we found water leaking from the ceiling directly onto our table, where my iPad was plugged in and charging. This could have caused serious damage and was a major safety concern. At checkout, I reported everything to the front desk employee, Ricky. Unfortunately, he showed zero willingness to help. He said the manager (Mike) was not available and that there was nothing he could do. When I asked for a printed invoice, he refused, saying the printer “was not working.” I called the hotel again later to speak with a manager, but the same employee told me the manager was still unavailable. I then asked to have my invoice emailed, and he refused again. This level of customer service is unacceptable—no accountability, no assistance, and no basic professionalism. If you are planning to stay with your family, especially with kids, I strongly recommend avoiding this place. I will be escalating this issue to corporate. 0-star experience. Do not recommend.

Nothing. It is nasty.

I'm actually very disappointed in my room. First, I reserved the room on Booking.com.  I  clicked on 2 beds. After I confirmed everything it said one king and a sofa bed. I was expecting 2 beds, not a couch I had to struggle with to open up. I told the woman when I checked in and she said I couldn't change it. Then when I pulled the covers back on the regular bed and there was a wad of hair and a wad of threads or strings added together on the sheet. Also some black specks on the sheet. Also, my granddaughter showered and she said the bathtub was nasty and there was a lot of hair in the tub and the water didn't drain. She had to stand in about 6 inches of dirty water while she showered. Also, her sofa bed had crumbs or something on the sheet. Very unhappy with this room and hotel. We won't be coming back.

Convenient. Close to the event we attended.

Had a constant problem with room keys not working. Management less than great! Staff willing to help with problems they were unable to solve.
