"I’d go somewhere else-"

Location was great!

The parking and getting to the lobby for check in. Also had manager come to room at 1am saying there was loud banging coming from my room and then again phone calls at 4am saying there was banging and complaints, and I was the only one there and I was sleeping. Was told any more complaints and I had to leave. I ended up going to parking garage and sleeping in my backseat so I didn’t have to be interrupted anymore.

"Most fun I've had in a hotel stay due to terrific staff!"

The staff was excellent! Everyone was personable, professional, friendly, willing to go the extra mile to make guests' stay great. Location was excellent as within walking distance to major downtown activities.

Lack of proper dinner restaurant---only pub food in a bar setting.
