Sheraton Oklahoma City Downtown Hotel

Everything was great

Food options were limited during our stay but ok for the most part. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful.

The room was in good condition. The bathroom was really small and the coffee was in the closet on top of small fridge which was odd. The walls were thin as we heard our neighbors every move including tv and the people walking on your head, it was ok but I would likely make a different choice next time. I expected more for a 4star hotel.

We found the Breakfast was fair most of the food was over cooked or stiff from setting too long. Fruit and oatmeal were expectable and coffee was fair. Staff was friendly at both front desk and restaurant. The biggest and most important issue was the room wasn't much better than a Motel 6, run down, in poor condition especially for the price which was twice as much as others. The amenities were lacking at best. Our room had no microwave or an easy chair even. Although not of any fault by the hotel itself, but they could shared the information that the hotel across from the hotel was in the process of a complete tear down and the noise and equipment began very early in the morning. Overall this vacation turned out to be expensive for what you receive, noise, loud, stressful and unsatisfactory in a whole.

Very nice and clean in/out. Just the size of bathroom was a little tight, wish there was a microwave in room, could not heat up our food. Overall I would stay again.

Staff was courteous, efficient & friendly. Room was clean and spacious. Coffee shop and numerous restaurants within easy walking distance.
