The check in process was great. I had a bad experience earlier in the evening at a different hotel, so this was a great thing. I would definitely stay again.
Toilet in 214 sounded like a bomb going off every time you flushed
Definitely not the worst place I’ve stayed, but I was disappointed. The mattress on the pull out couch was a wreck, there was hair clinging to the bath tub and the mini fridge wasn’t even plugged in (so not cold) upon our arrival to our room. The plug for the micro-fridge and tv was also so janky. The halls smelled of stale smoke weed. The rest of the room was acceptable and the breakfast was decent.

This stay was very quiet which I loved! It was a night stay with me and my 3 God-children! They most def loved the pool time. The room was cleaned and the rep at the desk had amazing customer service skills!!

Poor stay. tv broke so didn’t work. Shower situation was poor. Towels are rags and need to be replaced. Breakfast was an embarrassment in quality and quantity.
