The phone in our room 218 had the cord cut so there was no phone service in our room luckily we had ourselves. They charged us $100 extra for incidentals because of two rooms being booked and two different cards being used to pay for it! And they were rude about it! There was no well maybe we can do this for you, there was if policy and you don't get around policy. There is no hospitality there was no humility there was no bedside manner and no hospitality

It was very comfortable, clean and quiet. We appreciated the layout of the room - with the sink outside the bathroom/shower room. It makes getting ready for the day much easier. Thank you!
