Lennon at the front desk was excellent! He was kind & friendly. My mom uses a walker and he made sure that we were able to have a ground floor room to accommodate her. It was very much appreciated.

"Hard on wife getting to room"

Good location

My wife is handicap and the elevator was out and had Ben for a week. Staff didn’t let me know until we checked in. Had handicap room reserved. Our room was on 2nd floor

Looks like they are working on much needed upgrades, but the elevator was out so that was a little frustrating after a long drive

The room was very clean and quiet and they accepted dogs!

"Shitty"

Let's see when I get there i was told there was no elevator that its broken. The air-conditioning unit had a ringing noise 24/7 I called about it nobody showed up. And the hallway floors were absolutely disgusting stuff spilt everywhere and smelled.

I dealt with one of your associates named Lenin in Viera FL, he was very professional and polite. I had some issues with my reservations and he went over and above to make sure I was satisfied I sent several clients to the hotel because of the way he treated me. I told them to speak to Lenin if possible because he was so helpful. I work for PepsiCo and he deserves recognition some type of recognition.
