Front desk staff was amazing

The elevator was broken the entire time and housekeeping repeatedly knocked on my door over and over each morning asking me the same ridiculous questions. There was also construction or something taking place in the room next door very early in the morning which kept waking me up at 8am. You guys should issue me a free nights stay or something. The staff at the hotel wasn't at fault but someone sure as hell didn't do their damn job, that much is easily apparent.

Checked in, went to room, checked out. Everything was nasty. Floors, walls, lighting fixtures, even the beds. We couldn't do it. We had to leave.

Horrifically gross. Was unable to check in because computer system was down- waited for an hour at 9pm at night. Had to find another hotel.
