Nice and quiet and the room was a decent size. Staff was very nice to us!

The room had a stale smell in it and the elevator didn’t work but otherwise it was a good experience .

The staff was very nice and answered my questions willingly and honestly. Also the TV had Green Lantern: First Flight and Emerald Knights playing which also contributed to my overall score. All in all My room was nice and clean and I was able to have a good nights rest.

My biggest gripe about the hotel is that the elevator was inoperable. For this reason I could not in good faith place my score higher than a 7, for I was placed to stay on the third floor. There were a few other amenities that were unavailable as well but I was not privy to those things since I only needed to stay the night.

EVERYTHING, ROOM WAS FILTHY, STAFF WAS RUDE AND CREEPY, 😒 SEEMED LIKE A SEX TRAFFIC PICK UP LOCATION. VERY DIRTY. SAY THEY ARE UNDER CONSTRUCTION BUT DID NOT SEE ANY WORKING DURING THE WEEK

Unfortunately, my experience with the receptionist was disappointing. He was rude and did not seem to have much patience. I requested ground-floor apartments for my parents and me, but only one was available. Later, when I returned because my key was not working, he told me the apartment number. I explained that I thought it was a different number because I had difficulty reading his handwriting. His response was, "I told you it was ___," which came across as dismissive and unhelpful. The property itself was comfortable, but the customer service at the front desk could be improved.

Nothing I didn’t stay we canceled cause the elevator didn’t work!! But they did NOT give us our refund as promised!!
