The absolute best thing was an employee named Will. I called the afternoon after we had checked out when I realized I had left my deceased mother’s necklace on the nightstand.. I had a medical emergency and had been admitted into hospital.. Will promised he’d let me know either way as to if it had been turned in. A few hours later he called and said he was holding my mother’s gold and diamond necklace.. I started to ask him what he wanted to do to handle the return. He said. I’m putting this in the safe. You focus on getting better and then call me .. about a week later we made the 3 hour drive back to the hotel and I met this amazing young man as well as the head of house keeping. Bravo. To them both. This expensive necklace may have been groceries or a couple of bills paid for someone. But for me it is priceless Such wonderful honesty and values are rare in this world we live in We almost always stay with LaQuinta when traveling for cat shows. And this hotel will definitely be a stop for us again when in the area.

The place was filthy, elevator was dirty, the hallway hadn’t been cleaned in awhile, no maid service during the 3 night stay, some shady people in the parking lot in the evening who appeared to be selling something. Not the kind of place I want to stay at ever again!

I tried to put the hotel on Windham rewards with my points and it would not allow me to do so despite getting help on the phone she was also unable to do so I ended up going through booking.com to make this reservation very disappointed. The television was on a sports channel when I went in there and it looked like someone had set on the bed and watched TV in the room.

Breakfast was good, free parking, the room was OK.

The housekeeping and front desk staff were exceptional and very attractive to meet our needs
