Hotel was super clean, the room was nice and spacious and the staff was very friendly, including the front desk person, cleaning staff, and breakfast staff. We enjoyed the patio fire pit in the evening and breakfast by the river in the morning. Definitely recommend!

"Nice looking hotel, bad service, horrible smell"

The hotel was nice looking, clean, and the room was fairly large. However, the mattress was very worn and sagged in the middle. The ice machine on the third floor did not work and the water dispensers throughout the hotel were always empty. When we arrive to check in we waited 10 minutes and a front desk attendant never showed. I then just used my Bonvoy app and requested a mobile key and checked myself in. The worst part is really out of the hotels control but the community right around the hotel has a horrible odor of sulfur and sewage. When it was at its worst your throat and eyes would burn. This smell would sometimes enter the hotel through the HVAC system and it was very unpleasant.

Fabulous view right on the Mississippi river. Beautiful setting. Surrounded by many restaurants of all venues. Easily walkable if weather is good.
