Beds were comfortable. We can bring our services dogs.

Bad smell in room ended up going to the store to get oder absorbers. Saw a cocktail roach when packing to leave

"Not happy with how your facility looked inside and outside"

It was close to the venue

Your facility was disappointing in that it was not well kept outside needs painting everything inside is old and smells your facelift was horrible . There was no staff available

Tracy at the front desk was phenomenal!!! She was soooo much help and did everything she could to make sure we was comfortable.

The rest of the staff other than Tracy was not much help. There was an older lady that was cleaning the lining and towels that was very rude and almost got cursed out!.
