"i liked the hotel, unfortunately my shower dysfunction was the only concern"

I was in the shower when i heard someone rattle my door. The hotel wanted to come in because of complaint of water on the floor below. I was in the middle of the shower so i finished and the staff came and determined they would need to repair the shower area and i had to move rooms, so i was not happy so because i had to pack up, i decided to end my stay there early and asked for a refund for the last day.
