"The lack of snow removal said something about the hotel management."

Did not have breakfast. Location is good for me but exiting hotel is confusing.

Temp was low 40’s and there was snow/slush/water/ice in parking lot. Lousy , if any, snow removal. No excuse for this; none. No other buildings nearby where I went had it. Very aggravating.

"Good stay and not interruptions or loud noises."

I was loaded with my things and the elevator wasn't working to go to my floor and when I got to the room the carpet was very dirty, I have been staying in other La Quintas and the places were more cleaned.

Bathroom and bed were cleaned and that is always a plus, but the floor made me uncomfortable.
