Bathroom . Shower snd toilet were too close together. Breakfast - especially the first day was poor, no fruit, cold and not good. Noisy road nearby

Chan Living - thank you for such a wonderful stay!! The staff members were so friendly and exceptional, making us feel welcomed. We had fresh towels everyday and housekeeping was excellent - the property was always kept so clean and tidy. Free shuttle services to the jetty in the morning was so great for island hopping! The breakfast buffet had good variety (especially catering towards ppl with different dietary requirements as my friends were vegan and vegetarian, and delicious too. The boss’ son was a wonderful and friendly individual, super helpful when asked about queries such as local food in Semporna and going out of his way to help us. He was the best!! You could do your laundry here for free as well, which was super helpful! For foreigners travelling alone, this place makes you feel right at home and safe. My friends and I absolutely loved our stay here and definitely recommend this place to everyone.

It was out of town which I wanted to get away from the noise of Semporna. It also made the airport transfer a little shorter in the morning. The rooms were furnished well (for Semporna) and it was comfortable.

The rooms are pre-fabricated and are very very sensitive to movement. If someone in the room next to you walks around the noise schoes and the room shakes a little. I had a family with four kids staying next door and the room was shaking constantly. THe kind staff members moved me to a quieter area but it was still a noisy stay.
