It was a very crowded place. With a lot of noise. Because of other guest The breakfast was a disappointment.

They provide transport to jetty and back homestay. Bosses and staff are friendly. It’s a homey place to stay in Semporna town.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff were helpful and attentive. We were picked up and dropped off in town by the hotel manager when he was available free of charge, which is quite convenient since sometimes we struggled to get a Grab.

Chan Living Inn is truly an Oasis in Semporna. We had to stay in Semporna for one night before getting our flights back to Kota Kinabalu the next day and we couldn’t have wished for a better place to stay. We have two kids and the environment was such a contrast to the chaos and business of the town centre. We arrived late afternoon and the kids spent most of the time in the pool. Unfortunately we were unable to get dinner on Grab due to driver availability and Jay the owner’s son was so kind he let us help ourselves to the bread and spreads in the kitchen. The best part for me was the shower. The shower was amazing. Semporna needs more of Chan Living Inn.
