I checked in and went up to my room, unlocked the door and walked in…and the room was already occupied! It was really scary to be honest. Then the front desk said they didn’t have anymore rooms available. I had reserved and pre-paid online in advance. Eventually they found a room and cleaned it for me. My check in took so long I was almost an hour late to my 30yr class reunion. I felt so unsafe that someone could walk into my room at anytime. As a woman traveling alone, this was unacceptable.

The hotel has been tastefully remodeled. Our room was clean. It's located in a good area with dining options and gas stations. The manager is very friendly, and check-in is quick.

Helped us out by allowing early check in so we could get to our friend's wedding on time! Very caring and helpful front desk staff (Rebecca), and a sweet security staff member that gave us all late night coffees and made sure we had the best luggage carrier ;) The beds, linens, and pillows were fantastic! Breakfast had literally everything you could ask for!

Used towel still hanging behind bathroom door, system did not show my reservation at first so it took longer to check in, wifi set up never did recognize my name or room number, but ended up working with a code, pool area could be made to look more inviting to guests.

NICE PLACE FOR A QUICK STOP OVER. EASY STOP MID-POINT FROM LOS ANGELES TO SEATTLE, WITHOUT HAVING TO GET TOO FAR OFF THE FREEWAY AND I TO A BIG CITY.
