The room had everything you could need. It was clean and very presentable upon arrival.

The hot tub wasn’t working and for me that was mostly why I booked there. Suggestions stir sticks for coffee and tea.

It was dirty. I walked around the room without my shoes on and the bottom of my socks got very dirty. Our shower was broken and we had to bathe with washcloth in the sink. The general areas were very dirty and needed cleaning.

Made this reservation thinking that the pool they stated would be up and running. Went to check in that day and come to find out the pool was down and wouldn’t be up for more than a couple of days. The whole reason we even rented out the hotel was for the pool, so I went to cancel which was a big go around. The site gave me back my money but shilo still hasn’t returned my deposit. Will never book here again.
