I arrived an hour earlier than my "official" check in time of 4:00 PM from a long 3 1/2 hour drive from Bend to Grants Pass. I asked if I could check in if the room was ready. I was told I could check in if I paid an extra $12.00. Really! I have never paid an early check in charge anywhere in my life and I am 76 years old. The room was obviously ready, it was a dirty little trick not a dirty room. I paid it but I will certainly look at other hotels in future and by the way, I tell every one about your cheap hustle.

We loved the room we received. It was room 200; it was large, comfortable, and right next to the office/lobby.

The only thing is that I wished you had some meat and some eggs included in your breakfast.

The room was clean.

The dresser sewer was broke so it wouldn’t close so you couldn’t walk by without holding it closed. There was know ice machine in the building you have to go to another locked building. There are no elevators in the two story building. There were numerous ADA violations.
