Nampa Inn & Suites

I stayed at the Nampa Inn Suite in Nampa, Idaho, from August 1st to August 3rd in room 307. During my stay, I experienced poor cleaning service. Despite my multiple requests at the reception, my room was never cleaned. Also, the hotel advertises a jacuzzi and pool, but morning access is restricted until after noon, which was disappointing. The cleaning staff directed me to the front desk, where I spoke directly with the manager, who assured me that the problem would be resolved, but it never was. After my return at midnight, was no housekeeping available. I made my reservation online and specifically requested a double queen room, but upon arrival, I was told they only had double beds. Those beds were full size. I don't know if they know the diference on Full size 54' by 75' Queen size 60' by 80'. I strongly recommend Do Not stay at this hotel very disappointed no even have a hanging rail rack for hanging my clothes.

Check in sent us to a room that hadn’t even been cleaned yet, 2nd room at end of hall had ice machine partially blocking the door, bathroom door didn’t close all the way, walls were patch painted

I walked into the room, turned around, and told the front desk I would NEVER stay in this hotel Toilet didn't flush, tv didn't work, holes in the wall, no toilet paper, dirty, probably had bed bugs, people doing drugs in parking lot, hall smelled like marijuana... they told me I'd have to talk to Hotels.com to get a refund... hotels.com said to talk to hotel!! I will NEVER USE H.com ever again!!!

They claimed I didnt have a room but now Ive paid for it and expedia wont refund
