Nampa Inn & Suites

It was about what you expect for a lower end hotel. I was confussed by the dresser, desk, microwave stand and 5...yes 5 night stands. I really liked the new bed frames no dead bodies or missing socks lol. Ans the one issue we did have was fixed quickly. Did i mention there was an air fryer in the room!!

Calm area, old hotel, outlets not working

Good value. Room was clean and the staff were nice. Could use some bigger towels.

Easy access from the freeway

We got into town at 2 in the morning. We booked ahead of time so that we had a place as we have a 7 month old baby. Went to check in and it was cash only. I didn’t have enough cash so that would have been nice to know. It was late and we didn’t want to be looking for another place, plus I asked if I would get a refund for what was charged to my card & he said no. so we went back in and asked if he knew where the closest ATM was. He directed us to a gas station across street. We went and got cash and went back. Room wasn’t very clean and we didn’t feel particularly safe so we were not staying a second night with the baby. We checked out by check out time and didn’t get refunded for the second night. Then we went and found a safer & cleaner place.

Sketchy area and questionable process for getting cash deposit back.

It was great. The pool was great and refreshing. Everything was awesome thank you to the staff for being kind and helpful.

Staff was polite

Excellent staff. Rooms were om, but had riaches.
