Shilo Inns Newport Oceanfront

Age is showing and property could use a face lift. No breakfast, or dining options. No pool available. Sad to see this beautiful property in a delipidated condition.

Location great but the staff was unprofessional and the hotel is in need of some serious updates.

We were put in a old outdated building. Resturant was permantly closed. Parking garage was in very poor condition. Car scraped bottom in and out of garage.

Hotel was what was expected. Location was what we cared about.

They are obviously going bankrupt. The roo mas filthy, everything was closed. People were nice but skeleton staff. Crappy deal, not worth it at any price. At 18th occupancy, they couldn't figure out how to give me a late check out. No one left here knows anything. Stay elsewhere.

Quiet.

The staff was friendly, helpful and went above and beyond. The rooms are more spacious with an amazing view. Very clean, and the beds were comfortable. Set of long steps to get to the beach right behind the building. But if you need a ramp there is one a few blocks North. Close to Nye beach, with shops and restaurants. I will be going back!

Nice clean room, quiet, next to beach, staff friendly

I did not like not having pool access. I did not like putting my small dog in a crate because that was a rule left out of the site I did not know to bring one so I had to go buy one! We were there 4 days and had a great time with all the sites. The view from room was amazing!
