limpio y el lobby buena impresion tambien limpio apesar de estar en renovacion.

los empleados especialmente al entrar ser mas amables ../qoe se note la sonrisa al recibir a los clientes/da mala impresion como si no fueramos bien recibidos .un buen dia bienvenidos, y aparte de eso el bano toda la noche se escuchaba el agua correr.por lo demas todo muy bien.muy limpio! gracias

It was a good price and near where were I needed to be.

It was very upsetting to book a certain room and then when I get there to be told that the room i was booked was full and I had to take a different room. A sofa sleeper is not compatible to a queen bed and for older people its not comfortable to sleep on. Also the elevator had blankets all the way around it was kind of creepy.

The room was decent for the price.

Got woken up to a false fire alarm and had to evacuate the building at 4am. NO COMMUNICATION WHATSOEVER FROM THE STAFF AT ANY POINT DURING OR AFTER. I had to work that morning after 3 hours of sleep

Room was very clean, comfortable, and spacious. Good water pressure and plenty of hot water. Staff were friendly and helpful. They quickly handled an issue with our TV. It is in a convenient location for all we wanted to do.

There was no breakfast even though description said there was when we reserved. We were told there was no breakfast due to renovations after we had checked in so we’re a little disappointed about that.
