"Your cleaners need to learn how to clean a room"

I’m just letting you know that your rooms are not worth the price. Very very dirty. I couldn’t even leave my socks n shoes off since the floor made my feet very filthy. The couch had the cushions flipped upside down cuz the correct side looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in months. I will never ever stay here again

"Don't Book! Not reliable."

We had booked a room at Shilo Inn, Salem OR several months in advance, only to have them call the day prior to arrival that they could not honor our reservation. They offered an alternative in Beaverton, OR, which would definitely not work for us. So, I would absolutely suggest not planning to stay there!!!! This caused us a lot of grief.

The TV had good channels

The bed was so uncomfortable it was worse than camping. The front desk lady at night when I checked in was super snotty. We didn’t have a phone in our room so we had to go all the way downstairs to ask for stuff. It would have been great if they had a snack bowl in the morning.
