Columbia River Hotel and Conference Center, an Ascend Collection Hotel

We liked Elle. The hotel was clean. The restaurant on property had very good food.

The staff were friendly. The hotel was clean.

The beds really weren't that comfortable, and the walls seemed pretty thin.

They provide comfortable roads to just get a lounge in while even lock in the property very comfortable atmosphere

The restaurant owner was awesome and was great to work with on a catering take out we needed.

There is a difference between wheelchair accessible, and wheelchair available

Beautiful view, the assistant manager was kind.

Convenient to highway. Good AC.

Although the rooms were comfortable and seemingly recently updated, the hallways and stairwells are constructed of poor quality man-made decking material (something like Trex) - giving everything a very cheap feel. And believe me, for the quality and location, this place wasn’t cheap.

For the amount we paid room was not worth it. Overpriced. Towels smelled horrible and unclean. Housekeeping knocked on door 4 separate times, when notice of do not disturb was on door. They woke us up early and then we heard the maids screaming at each other in the hall. Lobby and restaurant were great and nice room and Housekeeping horrible. Will never return. Too expensive for what room actually was.

Room could have been in better shape. Towels smelled horrible. Housekeeping rude.

Television didnt work. The only solution was to move to a different room. Seemed short staffed at common check-in timeframe. Long wait.

Wasn’t expecting such a lovely place. The staff that checked us in was delightful. The room was cooled and ready. Wish we didn’t have to leave so early in the morning.
