Super clean, super friendly ready for us when we drove in nice restaurant and breakfast area.

As advertised.

Wonderful view of The Dalles Dam.

Newly remodeled. Nice accommodations, great diningroom/restaurant.

Great customer service from front desk, restaurant, housekeeping. I do wish the air conditioner worked better. We had it on the lowest "55" but it blew hot air.

Bed was nice and firm,

A/C worked on occasion......no clock or alarm clock...no hand towels...no fan in bathroom...no menu of restaurant in room, no shower caps, no hair dryer, towels are now size of motel 6...when making the reservation, I was not told that there were no kings on the inside...only queens so we listened to the freeway going over the bridge, and the parking light blinding us because there were no drapes...no continental breakfast or breakfast buffet like other motels/hotels do....and for the rate, I would expect that compared to others...not even a 20% off coupon Your prices and selections in the restaurant/bar were on the obnoxious side compared to whats in town. Your just a another skimpy motel for the price....and the staff knows it.

First checkin, the window shade was broken in the otherwise nice suite. I was temporarily charged more for a downgrade replacement room (the non suite rooms are not nice). That room also had a broken window shade. The third room was back in a suite, and was very comfortable. This process was ridiculous though.

Hôtel très bruyant. Nous avons entendu le bruit intempestif des portes claquer dans le couloir. Nous avons attendus 17h15 pour avoir nos chambres disponibles.
