The efficient & courteous staff, convenient location & great food

The room used to get a bit warm & temperature had to be adjusted but not a major negative.

Breakfast was good. Restaurant Staff were attentive.

They alloted me Room no. 205 which is right next to the staff area, at the end of a smoke-filled corridor. I’m allergic to smoke and every time I leave my room, I can smell smoke. Either it’s the workers or a guest who is smoking. In case of the former, they should tell their staff not to smoke there. In case of the latter, they should have the smoking rooms in a separate corridor. No Bath gown, no shower cap, no dental kit. Had to ask for tissue slippers and dental kit separately. Last night, hot water was not coming. Then I complained, and this morning they had hot water. Restaurant is good. Breakfast was good and restaurant staff were courteous and competent.
