Small rooms, no toiletries, mosquitoes in the room, over expensive food

The room looked OK but the bathroom needed plumbing maintenance and had a smell of urine in the shower. The bedsheets were damp and this made sleep unpleasant. Had it not been late and after a long journey I would have insisted on a room change. We stayed in this hotel 18 months ago and during this time it seems there has been little or no maintenance and in my opinion is nolonger a quality hotel. Staff also require training in customer service.

In our absence, someone entered our room and smoked. When we entered our room in the evening, it was filled with cigarette's smell. First, the staff said it is a no smoke property. Then when we showed our room, they said that someine might have been smoking in the lobby and the smoke might have entered your room. (The lobby had no smell) For CCTV, first they said that in the morning you can see. In the morning they said we'll see and let you know. Also, you are not allowed to order food.
