We had the best experience on our stay! Sane was our housekeeping and he made our stay very special and pleasant, he is really good and professional, really ! Also his supervisor Nur Alan. I highly recommend !!

We spent our Christmas 2025 here. The best part of the hotel is the people. The staff were amazing. The hotel is well furnished and the private beaches are very useful.

What a wonderful day. The welcoming experience from the reception from Irma was wow and the tone” welcome to ritzcarton was really genuine. All the way to lapladge restaurant. All the guys were sooo lovely and the barger was so tasty and lovely. The guy Jack was sooo polite and his service was exceptional. I was also welcome with Samuel who booked for me a nice place to have my dinner. All along let me thank all the staff from SPa especially Patricia who encouged me to have ginger tea with lemon because she saw I had a flue. I really thank the management and the whole staff.

A shorter stay than usual but still the amazing service and hospitality that we have received over the last 6 years. Thank you to Avigail for organising the pre stay arrangements, the reception team for sorting lovely rooms and a special thanks to Ravan in Le Plage who has served and looked after us on our last 3 vacations - please pass on our regards to him and thank him for the polite and courteous service as always.

The location is in the heart of Seef district. Away from the city. Receptionist actually come all the way to escort you to the restaurant. Cantina Kalho was the destination, the best Mexican restaurant on the island. Ambiance is just amazing with live performances by an 3pc mexican band, very humble artists. The food was delicious and the dessert was the best churros. Kudos to the Chef's Gang. Especially Chef Soufiane and Chef Jonathan for their dedication towards their work. They are absolutely the gem of the resort. The server Avik did an outstanding job. Describing the foods in detail. The manager in charge was always there to check on us. Thank you to The wonderful team. We will definitely go back there.

From exquisite caviar to the most beautiful truffle pasta, every dish was crafted to perfection — a true celebration of flavour, elegance, and artistry. The Ritz sets the gold standard for luxury hospitality, and this stay exceeded every expectation. We cannot wait to return.
