The Ritz-Carlton, Bahrain

What a fantastic experience! My wife and I came to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary, and the team at the hotel went above and beyond to make our stay special. The room was fantastic, food at the Club Lounge was delicious, everyone was extremely helpful and kind. The sauna at the hotel is excellent. We want to thank every single staff member for welcoming and taking care of us during our stay, including Avee, Robert, Ashley, Sani, Denny, Haili. We will always cherish our time in Bahrain because of you!

Recently visited the Spa. The moment you arrive, you feel welcome. The service was impeccable. The professionalism and friendliness of the staff was outstanding, especially ‘Amurutha’ at the Spa reception. I had a relaxation massage with Lamya, and it was a great experience. The Spa attendance ‘Patricia’ was very attentive. I love the signature tea (ginger, lemon and honey) she made for me. The overall facility and experience was lovely. For me, there’s no other place like the Ritz Carlton Spa Bahrain.

It was our first time staying in this hotel - surrounded by trees, beautiful and clean beach, what’s not to love. Front desk team was amazing and tried to accommodate our requests as well as showed us all the way to our room. Housekeeping - Sani was so friendly and helpful. I told him that I needed a change of bathmat as the floor was wet. He immediately offered to come in and cleaned the floor for us and change the mat. With a smile on his face, saying that it is job and he was pleased to help. Thank you to every one for making our stay a great one.

We had previously discussed with Denny, the need for a firm mattress in the room for medical reasons, which he kindly ensured was in place for our arrival. Unfortunately, we had a few issues with the room on our first night, the shower was leaking, and the door was incredibly heavy, however, Hali provided us with outstanding customer services, as she swiftly relocated us to another room, and ensured that the firm mattress was also moved into the new room. This service makes The Ritz Carlton stand out from the rest, in our opinion. During our stay, we used the lounge, where, as always the team were phenomenal, providing us with anything we needed, we would like to particularly thank Danny, Ave, Samir, Mostafa, Ashley and Elaine for their attention to detail, customer service and time they dedicated to ensuring our stay was memorable. We used other facilities including the pool area, where Lifeguard Dulip, was attentative and ensured we had loungers, towels and drinks when needed. Breakfast, was without a doubt the best start to the day, a special thanks to Loren and the Chef’s! We must thank the housekeeping team Masuma and Arif who went above and beyond to ensure our room was well maintained and our needs were met. The Ritz Carlton team truly go above and beyond to maintain high standards, and to ensure all guests are happy and enjoying their stay. Please pass on our thanks to everyone who played a role in giving us an unforgettable holiday. We are looking forward to returning for our next holiday, where we know The Ritz Carlton will be as warm and welcoming as ever, for another great break
