"Ok the breakfast was very good"

Our bathroom could have been cleaner and no elevator my husbands has a hard time with the stairs and I had a fractured foot so the owners wire did carry our things to our room

"All in all my stay was very pleasant, whenever I come back to Utica, I will be staying there."

Andy, the front desk staff was amazing, he was very helpful with the accommodations, and he was very friendly, the breakfast was good, the eating area was kept clean and well maintained .👍👍

the phone in the room didn't work, I wanted to call the front desk but couldn't, I was in room 146 a double bed, I think that the chair in there is too big, they may want to put a smaller one in there or no chair at all
