Hampton Inn & Suites Lake City

We stopped here while heading to our final destination for a cruise. The hotel is beautiful and is being renovated. Our room was spacious and comfortable. It was a Newly renovated room. The staff was very nice and accommodating. Definitely would stay here again.

I arrived early evening, and the ladies (Cady and Lacie) behind the desk were very very helpful particularly when I was missing my laptop charger. They found me something to use and I became very happy! RosaLee, particularly, helped me at breakfast with a waffle and a friendly chat. The hotel is very neat and clean. The staff are very friendly. The room had everything I needed. Overall impression is of a clean new building with stuff that are very proud to be here. Very highly recommended!

New renovations are great. Smells and looks good. Comfy, had an assortment of bed pillows. Breakfast was so well done with Peggy and Rosalee providing good food and super friendly hospitality. Best breakfast of any of the Hampton Inns we have stayed at and we travel a lot!

The renovations continue though we were not inconvenienced. The bathrooms are updated, carpet is new, and drapes are fresh. The beds are comfortable with pillows of varying firmness. The staff is welcoming. Rosalee, the breakfast attendant, is very helpful. We were prepared to eat off-site but found the offerings to be satisfactory. Definitely one of the best Hampton Inns.

I love coming to this Hampton Inn, the staff is the best. The manager Sharron is the greatest, always helpful if help is needed. The front desk staff are great too, always quick to check you in and positive personalities. The breakfast is really good, better than a continental breakfast of carbs. All of the kitchen staff are great, I especially love Rosalee, she's like a Mom to everyone, so awesome!

Loved Juju at the reception desk. The breakfast team was fabulous. Room very clean, bed comfortable, bathroom shined.

From the moment we walked in the door and were warmly greeted by the front desk clerk, we were made to feel like a valued customer. The night clerk was very efficient, pleasant, explained the best place to park etc. The room was clean, bed so comfy with 4 soft pillows on each bed. Coffee maker, fridge and micro all in the room. Shower cap is a perk. The morning breakfast is standard fare with truly exceptional people greeting and helping the guests. Rosalee is a charm, she is so sweet and truly the gold standard for customer care. Every business should have a Rosalee. Kudos to Peggy for managing and training all her super employees. Well done! Peggy leads by example, she was pitching in, wiping down tables, whatever it takes to keep the guests happy. We left with a smile because the human interaction is so important. Thanks for a pleasant stay.

We are staying here for a wedding. The rooms are clean, the staff is amazing, and the breakfast is very good. The lobby is really nice.

This was a great place to stay. The breakfast was so good and the ladies that were keeping things replenished were amazingly helpful and kind!

Just a quit overnight stay but Rosalee was so helpful at breakfast. She helped my daughters make their waffles and made sure we had everything we needed. The breakfast was really good too!
