Room 218 all flooring was filthy. There was ketchup dripped inside small refrigerator. Refrigerator insulation was cracked in several places needed to be replaced. There was no dish soap supplied in kitchen, bathrooms toilet flush slow bathrooms needed updating, noob was broken on drawer. Cheryl handles and showerhead need replacing shower handle. We had to call Maintenance. It was very old kind of function. No water was coming out, but they showed us a tricky way how to make it work. The room only came with small bar soap,and only shampoo small tube was provided. Hotel did not offer any conditioner for hair. , all trim molding throughout living room bathrooms hallways were not clean or hasn’t been cleaned in a long time. For a cost of three nights day was very disappointing. My expectations were set much higher. The location is what sold me on staying, but I would not stay there again.

View was great ! I liked it being quiet & not crowded. It was a mature group of people with families & children.

The snake bar or food area leaves a lot to be desired. It was under staffed & took a while to get what we ordered. Breakfast wasn’t to bad. Not enough coffee left to fix in the room & had to go to desk to get more.

It could’ve been cleaner but it wasn’t terrible either.

The location was great. The wifi was fantastic.

The toilet had pee on the back on the it. You could tell the toilet had not been cleaned. No blankets were available for the pull-out couch.

Location is amazing, at the end so you are away from all the noise. There is traffic to get there. Beautiful views. We had 2 rooms for our family stay. One was extremely nice and clean the other was not clean and very outdated. In the dirty room, there was something that had dripped down the front of the toilet, the faucet on the shower had soap scum buildup, the grout in the tiles was dirty and moldy, the air ducts were filthy and looked moldy, the bathroom vanity was rotted out on the bottom, there was mold build up in the corner of the bathroom by the shower, the one toilet had not been scrubbed on the inside, the couch and chairs were stained. One of our rooms was next to the parking garage so everything echoed and was loud for car horns to people talking. Our other room was near the elevator which was also loud and voices carried. This stay was not worth the price that we paid for 2 nights. We had to ask for extra towels. Front desk staff didn't know the answer to some of the questions, like when the restaurant was open and was time they closed. We didn't use the pool and the hot tub was small. The tiki bar was not open on a Saturday which seemed odd. The restaurant was not open for lunch or dinner on Sunday.

The ocean view and beach was amazing. Having 2 bathrooms was convenient.

Having 2 bathrooms was nice but they need to be updated. It was the first week of June and the restaurant and Tiki bar were not open the first part of the week.
