When we arrived our suite was not properly cleaned. Our room for some reason was a handicap room, the bathtub was not cleaned and there was litter on the balcony. the staff was nice, professional, and apologetic though. Great views of the beach and very accessible to the beach

Bad management will give your room away

Hotel was right on boardwalk so easy access to the beach.

Staff isn’t really knowledgeable, when checking in I explained where I parked and told them I wasn’t sure if I was in the correct parking area, I was assured i parked In a Correct location and was a given parking pass, next day I woke up to discover my car had been towed. Hotel staff and management pretty much refuse to do anything for the inconvenience since I booked through booking.com. Bathroom was dirty upon arrival, shower was clogged and would not drain. Indoor pool area is to small and reeks of chlorine. Ac only works in hotel rooms, hallways and elevators are way to hot.

The only good thing about this hotel is that it is oceanfront.

The room was not what is shown in the pictures. It was dirty and many things were missing or broken. There was a gnat problem from the sink drain. The elevators weren’t working properly for most of our stay so we had to walk 12 flights of stairs during an extreme heat warning. The staff was rude, especially about the elevator situation.

The suite is very spacious and the full size kitchenette is nice. The balcony and bedroom views are to die for and the staff was always very helpful. Breakfast choices were phenomenal. The location is perfect and there are lots of shopping, restaurants and attractions within walking distance.

It would have been nice to have a working fan in the bathroom so it doesn't get so hot and steamy during showers (no air conditioning in there).
