Wasn't what I paid for or expected or what I was PROMISED!! Customer service from the women at the front desk was horrible. Have YET TO RECEIVE MY REFUND!!!

At this point I'm not willing to utilize this site again!! EVER!!!

Stay was fine until front desk was rude , and eyed with an look coming in & out all weekend during our stay . Told security to come to our room specifically at 1am for smoking marijuana when we didn't have any possession of that . I just did not like my stay due to front desk and management . Wont be back here.

Pet friendly, great spacious rooms with kitchen, comfy beds, great location.

Balcony too small and the exhaust for a/c unit blows onto Balcony making it unbearable to sit out there. Breakfast was ok but could have had some better options....pancakes, breakfast burritos etc.

"Great family vacation stay on the beach!"

Perfect location on the beach. The room was spacious and clean upon arrival. Super convenient that it’s pet friendly as well! We also enjoyed the breakfast each morning, which offered a good variety. The staff was super friendly as well! Valet drivers were quick when we did need access to our car.

Wish the pool stayed open a bit later for a late night dip in the hot tub but definitely not a deal breaker. Not sure if all rooms are like this but there was a vent that faced out on to our balcony and it was quite noisy and hot which made sitting outside on the balcony less enjoyable. We had to shut the A/C off when we were outside so it wasn’t an issue. Only other minor thing to note was that we were on Floor 5 and the hallway was VERY hot.

"Perfect place for families"

Everyone was extremely friendly. Views from the bedroom were amazing. Staff whenever you needed, and valet couldn't have been nicer.

Everyone drank the hot water for teas immediately, so it was empty a lot. Seriously, this is the only thing we wish would've been better.
