Loved the front desk staff Jessica was so friendly and helpful.

One elevator was down but was fixed a day before our departure

The staff!! Zero issues. They were all Helpful, safe, sweet and comforting. Very inviting and welcoming environment. Everyone was so Nice!! I will come here again.

The 3rd party valet. Switch them if you can.

it was clean for the most part

we were told we could do late check out for cheer then told by another staff we can’t last minute . also was out of shampoo and conditioner and called housekeeping and the brought up shampoo and body wash . We had no sheets for the sofa bed or pillows or anything as well as no blankets etc for the extra bed they brought , which we had to call and remind them about .

We liked it was dog friendly. It had a kitchenette.

Could of been a little cleaner but it off season. Garbages around the hotel were full. 3 day stay and our room was not made up once.

Closeness to beach and the sounds of the ocean. Coffee and tea available throughout the day. Restaurants within walking distance. Friendliness of valet staff…esp. Sam.

We should have been told about the replacement of all the deck railings. The noise was terrible from 9:30 to 7pm!😠
