Excellent front desk service. Rooms were clean, toilet needed cleaned but nothing too awful. The kids loved the pool. Breakfast was delicious.

The pool was out of service and the room doors were screwed together and showed a lot of ware and tear. Also no internet.

Very dated. Right out of the 70s, but not clean or nice. The only good thing was the location. It did not live up to Hampton standards and we will never go back there again. Nothing like any Hampton we’ve ever stayed at before. I’m not good. So sad Hampton. Let them stay open.

The pool had a broken part, and it was not functional, it was filled with green algae. The battery on the card reader on the door had died couldn’t get in needed maintenance to replace the batteries. That’s when I noticed there was no plate on the deadbolt. It was just an open gap. In other words the door could’ve just been pushed in with a slight shoulder bump. Other than that, it was OK.

An older hotel but worth the expense. The staff were exceptional. We plan to stay there again.

Ice machine wasn’t working

Room not made up, ac very noisy, no non slip in bath.

I can only assume that the people who gave this property more than 1/5 rating got it confused with another property. It is absolutely filthy. Cannot believe that Hilton put their name to this. There is would on the ceiling and all in the bath, dead bugs on the floor of bathroom and windowsill. The window opens but is spring loaded to close so lucky not to lose a finger! It’s truly revolting in every way!

Surfaces were clean, but the hallways wre dirty and dusty. Recent construction??? Staff was helpful but a bit slow. Parking was limited, kinda odley arranged. Beds were hard!!!
